10-YEAR REVIEW OF FEMINA BOXING CLUB

A symbolic 10th anniversary* November 29, 2014 - November 29, 2024 This marks 10 years of existence for FEMINA BOXING CLUB. We chose to celebrate quietly, without any fanfare, on Sunday, December 1st. A simple, symbolic activity.

 

We preferred to sit down together with some boxers who were available to share the 10-year review and their perspectives.

 

A satisfactory assessment nonetheless, despite all the difficulties related to the political, social, economic, and health conditions of the country, as well as the sports world, especially the Haitian Boxing Federation, which has been and continues to be going through tough times.

  • Organization of 2 tournaments Limonad vs Dajabon (2022, 2023)

  • Contribution to the training of boxing monitors in Central Plateau (Ench, Mayisad, Tomonn, Marmon, Limonad) in 2018

  • Launch of the Boxing School in Ench in 2018

  • Participation in the national interclub 2019 (3 victories, 2 defeats, one 2nd place)

  • Organization of several inter-community mini-tournaments in Limonade -Organization of 2 Training Camps (2023-2024)

  • Development of boxing in Kafou Pè Milo (2022)

  • Seat of the P10/10 FHBOX program (May-September 2021)

  • International Olympic Day Celebration (June 2021) -International Boxing Day Celebration (December 2021)

  • Launch of Le Rocher B.C Wanament (2022) -Boxing evening with 2 fights by Dominican Pro at Andy Disco Wanament; Raise the curtain at Le Rocher and Femina (Feb. 2022)

  • Promotion and strengthening of women's boxing (2022) -Awareness campaign on the theme: Sports + Clean Environment = Health (2022)

  • Launch of Katyemoren Boxing School (2023)

  • Development of relations with the New Providence Boxing Association, Bahamas (2023)

  • Professional boxing Pastor RJP took the opportunity once again to raise awareness about the sports gospel. We want to inform you that FEMINA is preparing for the 10th Dajabon Tournament at the invitation of the "Escuela de Boxeo Rafael Morel," which was present at the 2022 and 2023 Tournaments.
